Human Welfare society has proposed the training workshop since 2009 to 2013 on organic farming for Farmers, field functionaries an NGO and Training Workshop on production of organic manures and its utility in enhancing agriculture production”. Representatives at Ujjain district of M.P. and submitted to the M.P council of science and Technology, Bhopal. Training had been provided to 600 farmers on organic farming, manure production and marketing training.
Organic farming is among the broad spectrum of production methods that are supportive for the environment. Excessive application of the pesticides and fertilizers has caused the damage to soil and environment beside effecting the crop production. The consumption of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is maximum in the belt of Malwa. This is leads to the damage of soil productivity. The project has been modified for the SC community women as per the instruction given by the MPCOST Project Director and submitted under the scheme of up-liftmen of SC,ST and Backward classes S & T application for the weaker section. After providing a training to the farmer, our society has self employed the beneficiaries.
