Human Welfare Society is registered under Madhya Pradesh Society registration act – 1973 vide Reg. No: \18016\ dated 31 March 1987. Society can work any where in India.
Human Welfare Society is also notified under section 12A and 80G of income tax exception act. This make the donation and contributions made to the society tax free with all the implications of the respective sections of the IT Act.
