National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) was started in year 2011 and continue upto 2014. In this project, in order emphasizes on Skill Development of the deprived youth, especially those with poor educational qualification and background; very few opportunities for skill development are available. Most of the existing Skill Development programs are long term in nature. Poor and less educated youth cannot afford long term training programs due to high entry qualifications criteria and high training cost. Therefore a new framework for skill development for the informal sector has been evolved by the DGET, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Govt. of India under the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). So in this regards Human Welfare Society associated with NCVT to help the youth of Urban and Rural Community in upgrading their skills by various Trades & Fields of Vocational education. Objective of the scheme are to provide vocational training to the above referred groups (out of school youth & existing workers especially in the informal sector) to improve their employability by optimally utilizing the infrastructure available in Government, private institutions and the Industry.
