In year 2016-17, Human Welfare Society has been providing a job oriented training of Personality Development to the unskilled peoples and students who are unemployed. This training program is organized by the company BOSCH Limited Bangalore. It is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project. Our prime minister announce that all the companies of India which come under 500 have to pay 2% of their total turnover in Social working. So the Bosch limited decided to provide a training of personality development to the unskilled students who are unemployed. Human welfare Society is the training partner of BOSCH Limited. It is a job oriented training program, after providing a training to the students we are providing employment to them. Our first batch has been successfully completed and our 100% of the students have been placed in different Organizations. Now our new batch is started and it going on successfully.
