Residential Training Programme on Capacity Building for the Youth Leaders Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYK)

In year 2009 to 2011, under joint auspicious of Human Welfare Society and Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYK), we operated a program of Residential Capacity Building Training Program for 5 days. Program organized at Shree Vocational Center, Gram Pingleshwer run by Human Welfare society. The camp was attended by a total of 100 and 385 volunteers of Nehru Yuva Kendra belonging to various villages of the District. In these training program 55 trainees and 8 Districts were included that are Jhabua, Indore, Dhar, Dewas, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Ujjain. After that in year 2013-2014, we again organized the same program of 3 days.

During the course of the training exclusive orientation was provided on the issues of Leadership Development, Life Skill Development, Group formation, Social Development, Time Management, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Report Writing, Group Discution and other relevant issues. Sessions were taken by Dr Chitrangandh Upadhayaya, Shri Salim Khan, Dr. Shailendra Parashar, Prashant Rao, Pramesh Mishra, Yogacharya Mahesh Patidar and Dr. A.K. Dixit.
